Pre-Registration

Pre-registration will be open MARCH 1st, 2017

PLEASE NOTE: If you need to reserve land for a group,  please email Otto. Reservations for group camping closes August 1st

Site Fees are as follows:

  • Adult: $30 ($5 member discount)
  • Teen(11-17: Guest of the Barony
  • Child(0-10): Guest of the Barony
  • Saturday Day trip: $20 ($5 member discount)

Event pre-registration is only available by mail in at this time.

The mail in pre-registration form will be available March 1st.

Mail-In pre-registration:

For mail in pre-registration, please make checks or money orders payable to Barony of Blatha An Oir, SCA, Inc.
Mail in pre-registration must be postmarked by Midnight on July 31st, 2016. Any forms received postmarked after that will be returned. Please mail pre-registration forms to:

PLEASE NOTE: Pre-registration does not reserve camping or RV space. If you need to reserve for group camping or RV, please contact the Group Camping Steward /RV Steward for arrangements at site@autumnwar.org.


 

MERCHANTS: 

If you are a merchant, do not mail your Merchant registration form to the pre-registration steward. Please contact the merchant steward for your packet. If you mail this form to the pre-registration steward, as a merchant, it will be returned by mail and may delay merchant registration for the event.
